Updates to the Product Disclosure Statement
This page contains updates to the Macquarie Equity Lever Combined Product Disclosure Statement and Financial Services Guide dated 14 March 2008 and the Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement dated 14 May 2008 (collectively the "PDS"). In deciding whether to acquire or continue to hold an investment in Macquarie Equity Lever, you should consider the content on this page.
The definition of Transfer Fee on page 70 of the Glossary of the PDS is updated to read:
"Transfer Fee means the fee payable in advance by the transferee for the registration of a Transfer, in accordance with the relevant PDS and the Instalment Receipts Deed. The Transfer Fee is currently a fee of $1,000."
This update is effective from 30 September 2008.
