At the scheme meeting held on 20 August 2008, MCAG security holders voted to approve the acquisition of all MCAG securities by Macquarie Advanced Investment Company Pty Limited (as nominee for Macquarie Advanced Investment Group). MCAG securities ceased trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on 26 August 2008. This scheme is due to be implemented on 9 September 2008. |
