To get your career with Macquarie off to a flying start, you will go through our three tier Macquarie Orientation. Along with starting and building your Macquarie network, and becoming familiar with our history, management philosophy and culture, you will have access to classroom and online courses, as well as larger scale events.

Macquarie Orientation culminates with Success at Macquarie, an event that provides you with direct access to our senior leaders. They will discuss the strategic focus of their business groups, and also participate in an open panel session to answer any questions you may have about our organisation. It is a further opportunity to build on your network at Macquarie and connect with people from other Groups and Divisions
