The Issuer, ARC Funding Limited, is incorporated in Ireland as a private company, registration number 456828. ARC Funding has been established as a special purpose vehicle whose principal activities are the acquisition of financial assets, and the issuance of financial instruments. The registered office of the Issuer is 25-26 Windsor Place, Lower Pembroke Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. ARC Funding is managed by Macquarie Securitisation Management Pty Ltd and corporate administration services are provided by Structured Finance Management Corporate Services (Ireland) Limited.
