Macquarie Group Limited (MQG)
The Macquarie Group Limited Annual Financial Report (formerly, Annual Report) is produced and released each year in conjunction with the result for the year ending 31 March. The report contains Macquarie's statutory financial statements along with the Corporate Governance Statement, the Risk Management Report and the Remuneration Report which may be found in the Directors' Report.
The Macquarie Group Limited Interim Report is released each year containing Macquarie's statutory financial statements for the half year ending 30 September.
Prior to the restructure of Macquarie Group in November 2007, the primary annual and interim reports for the Group were issued by the listed entity, Macquarie Bank Limited. The Annual Report consisted of two documents - the Annual Review (incorporating the Concise Report) and the Financial Report. The Annual Review provided an overview of the Group's operations and a summary of the financial statements. The Financial Report contained the Risk Management Report and statutory financial statements.
The Macquarie Group Limited Annual Review (formerly, Shareholder Review) provides shareholders with an update of operations for the year ending 31 March. It was first produced for the year ended 31 March 2008.
Macquarie Group Limited's Interim Update provides shareholders with an update of operations for the half year ending 30 September.
