In response to client feedback, COIN is pleased to announce a new data extraction and analytics tool to complement the existing reporting capability available in COIN Office.
The new tool enables data to be extracted into an Excel spreadsheet (CSV format) from which you can control and customise the data in terms of content and layout.
Designed to highlight practice and dealer group metrics, the reports currently cover Funds Under Management reporting by source, asset allocation, manager group and platform, including security details, alongside client information reports, including portfolio valuations and detailed fact find information extracts. The comprehensive workflow reporting may support your practice activity and cost metrics analysis.
Custom reports can also be requested1 and your Training and Relationship Manager is on hand to discuss your business’ custom report requirements. These reports can be added to COIN Office independently from the standard COIN Office new build release cycle.
A full review of report criteria is in progress and we are committed to continuing to improve and expand our reporting service offering in COIN Office.
