We know you're always on the move, so Macquarie Access is now available on your smart phone, giving you secure, convenient access to client accounts, policies and information when you're out and about.
- View client profiles, contacts, accounts, in force policies and pending insurance applications
- Search through your client list or account list, or use the 'recent clients' list
- Click to call, sms or email your clients, and link directly to Google maps
- View current rates and the latest product news
- Access Mobile will securely retain your access code on your smart phone, so you only need to enter your password each time

What is Access Mobile?
Access Mobile is a streamlined version of the main Macquarie Access site, optimised for viewing on mobile devices such as a smart phone or tablet. It is a mobile website, rather than an App. This means that you do not have to download it from a store and that it is compatible with most devices and operating systems.
Mobile functionality
When building Access Mobile, we asked advisers what functionality would be most useful to them on the move and have carried those sections from the main site into Access Mobile.
We have also added some extra functionality specific to the mobile site, such as click-to-call or email your clients, client addresses linked directly to Google Maps and the ability to download client contact details to your phone**.
Add Access Mobile to your home screen
We recommend that you add the Access Mobile homepage to your home screen so it appears alongside your Apps. Follow these instructions depending on your device.
- Apple iOS - with the homepage in a browser on screen, press the icon in the middle of the bottom bar on your screen, then select 'Add to Home Screen' from the list that appears, then press 'Add'. The icon and application name will then be added to your home screen.
- Blackberry - with the home page in a browser on screen, select the menu button, scroll down to 'Add to home screen', then press the 'Add' button.
- Android - with the homepage in a browser on screen, press the Menu button, then 'Add bookmark' and save by selecting 'Add'. To then access the bookmark, bring up the browser, press Menu, then Bookmarks. Press and hold the relevant bookmark until a menu appears - select 'Add shortcut to Home'.
- Windows Mobile 7 - with the home page in a browser on screen, press '...' at the bottom right of the screen, then select 'pin to start'. This will add a shortcut to your start/ home screen.
