Advisers rate Macquarie Wrap first overall for service

Macquarie Wrap was rated first overall for service, according to the 2011 Platform Service Level Report published by independent research house Wealth Insights. Wealth Insights relies on feedback received from a random sample of advisers that use each platform to determine the service level rankings.  We are delighted that our top ranking has been achieved based on feedback received from advisers and thank you for acknowledging our service delivery in this way.

Industry-leading track record

We are very pleased to have received this recognition, even more so as Macquarie Wrap is now the only platform to have been ranked by Wealth Insights as either first or second overall for the past five years.  This track record demonstrates our commitment to helping advisers help their clients, through delivering consistently high standards of service to support the business of providing financial advice.

Consistently above-average service

In addition to ranking first overall, Macquarie Wrap was also recognised as the leading platform for administrative support - the most important element of platform service delivery according to the survey results, and for providing the best platform offering and best ease of doing business. Macquarie Wrap ranked above the platform industry average across all the 10 service categories that are tracked by Wealth Insights.   

Maintaining our track record

We are even more pleased with this year's result, as the survey was in field before the recent launch of Macquarie Wrap's new Consolidator Series of investment, superannuation and pension accounts, which have been designed to deliver value to clients and advisers.   

We have a number of initiatives in the pipeline due for delivery later this year, designed to make it even easier for advisers to do business with Macquarie Wrap. This includes an update to the navigation and transaction processing screens hosted through Macquarie Wrap Online and to enable advisers to open Macquarie Wrap accounts online.  We look forward to sharing details of these initiatives with you in the new financial year.
