Finally, to assist in making the underwriting process streamlined for you and your clients, Macquarie Life automatically arranges any follow-up medical tests and Personal Medical Attendant Reports, unless you inform us otherwise.

Tele-Interviewing with Macquarie LifeConnect

LifeConnect streamlines the insurance application process by giving your clients the option to complete their personal statement over the phone.

You benefit from:

  • More choice – complete your client’s personal statement online, or let the LifeConnect team take care of it over the phone.
  • Greater productivity – less time on data entry and more time advising clients.
  • Certainty – we speak directly with your clients, recording their responses, which can help minimise disputes at claim time.
  • Transparency – clients’ applications are accessible via the Macquarie Life Online adviser dashboard and Work in Progress tracking system.

Your clients benefit from:

  • Convenience – clients can apply from their home or office phone from Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm (AEST). For Western Australian residents, this service is available until 10pm (AEST) Monday to Thursday.
  • Confidence – your clients will be dealing one-on-one with experienced professionals

Macquarie Life aims to make the claims process as seamless as possible, with a quick turnaround of claims payments as soon as the necessary information has been received and requirements have been met.

Submit client claims instantly with the online notification of claim form.

Our claims assessors, who understand how difficult the period when making a claim can be for clients, conduct themselves with compassion and empathy.

As with underwriting, you are kept informed throughout the process. We welcome any additional information you can provide to speed up our assessment of your client's claim.
