Macquarie Life aims to make the claims process as seamless as possible, with a quick turnaround of claims payments as soon as the necessary information has been received and requirements have been met.
Submit client claims instantly with the online notification of claim form.
Our claims assessors, who understand how difficult the period when making a claim can be for clients, conduct themselves with compassion and empathy.
As with underwriting, you are kept informed throughout the process. We welcome any additional information you can provide to speed up our assessment of your client's claim.
We have recently introduced a tele-claims process known as ClaimsConnect, whereby our skilled and empathetic nurses can complete your clients claim form with them over the telephone without the need for paper forms or wet signatures. All calls are security checked and recorded for your client’s protection. Both initial and ongoing claim forms can be completed this way.
