The Macquarie Private Equity Trusts I and II were established to give investors the opportunity to invest in developing companies.
The trusts focused on:

unlisted privately-owned and selected listed companies.
later-stage companies that are already established (rather than providing seed or start-up venture capital)

These products were terminated in January 2007
