About the Fund

The Macquarie Property Securities Trust offers your clients:

exposure to Australian listed property securities spread across commercial, retail, infrastructure and tourism sectors
the potential for both income and capital growth
increased diversification by spreading your investment across a variety of property sectors
a higher level of liquidity than an investment directly into property
the option of a regular contributions plan to help them save.

The fund aims to perform better than the S&P/ASX 200 Listed Property Trust Accumulation Index over the medium to long term.
