How Macquarie manages your money
Macquarie actively manages your money, investing in listed property securities with exposure to property sectors like:
- retail
- industrial
- commercial
- community shopping centres
- tourism
We extensively analyse the property markets and economic factors that drive property earnings, to determine which sectors of the property market will perform strongly. To increase diversification and enhance returns, we can also invest in stocks outside the property index, such as infrastructure securities, up to a maximum of 10% of the portfolio.
