In May 2018, we released Macquarie Help Centre for your clients, dedicated to providing useful information about our personal products and services.

As part of our platform evolution, you can now experience the same convenience with Adviser Help Centre.


This dedicated help site is full of common questions and answers completely tailored to your Macquarie online experience and day-to-day activity using our products and platform.

How it works

  1. Simply navigate to help.macquarie.com/adviser or access it from Adviser Online by selecting ‘Help’ then ‘Help Centre’ from the left side navigation menu
  2. Enter the keyword/s into the Adviser Help Centre search bar. If you’re not sure of the exact words to search with, you can also find articles by selecting the different category names that appear on the Adviser Help Centre landing page
  3. When you search for specific things in the search bar, related articles will appear, giving you a variety of common questions connected to your search that advisers have asked us in the past
  4. Click on the article to see the answer and view other related articles
