We’re currently issuing IDPS annual statements for the year ending 30 June 2021 which will progressively be available online by the end of July. Investment clients who have previously elected to receive a paper statement will receive their statements via post.

What do clients receive? 

  • Cover page summarising opening and closing balances for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021

  • Investment value as at 30 June 2021, listing all investments that made up the portfolio, their market value and the percentage of the portfolio.

  • Transactions information (both investments and cash) for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021.

  • Asset allocation as at 30 June 2021.

You can access copies of your clients’ statements online by selecting:

  • Clients and accounts > Client list > 'Statements' from the dropdown list, or
  • Reporting > Client & Adviser > 'Download statements for an account'.

Opt out of hardcopy statements

Clients who already have online access to view their portfolio can access their statements at any time. If your clients no longer wish to receive hardcopy statements, opt them out by sending us an email instruction.

Keep your client’s email and mobile phone contact information up-to-date

We’re using email as the preferred way to notify clients about their periodic statements and annual tax reports being available, as well as other important account-related information. It’s important we have an up-to-date email address and mobile phone number for your clients.
