We’re currently issuing IDPS annual statements for the year ending 30 June 2021 which will progressively be available online by the end of July. Investment clients who have previously elected to receive a paper statement 1 will receive their statements via post.

What do clients receive?

  • Cover page summarising opening and closing balances for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021

  • Investment value as at 30 June 2021 detailing a list of all investments held in the account and their market value.

  • Transactions information (both investments and cash) for the period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021.

  • Asset allocation as at 30 June 2021.

You can access copies of your clients’ statements online by selecting:

  • Clients and accounts > Client list > 'Statements' from the dropdown list, or

  • Reporting > Client & Adviser > 'Download statements for an account'.

Opt out of hardcopy statements

As all clients have continuous access to their annual and periodic statements online, we’ve inserted a flyer to encourage clients still receiving hard copy statements to opt out 2 .

Keep your client’s email and mobile phone contact information up-to-date

We’re using email as the preferred way to notify clients about their periodic statements and annual tax reports being available, as well as other important account-related information. It’s important we have an up-to-date email address and mobile phone number for your clients.

How can you help?

If you become aware we don’t have an email address for your client, or the email address we have for them is no longer correct, you can update their email address via Adviser Online.

Simply select “update client details” and choose the option contact numbers and email address.

Alternatively, you can encourage your clients to update their own contact details online via macquarie.com.au.

After logging-in, they can select My Profile from the drop down menu next to their name and click on the edit icon next to the relevant item that needs updating.

Your client can only update their mobile phone number by calling us directly as we use their mobile number for identification verification purposes.
