Save time and manage your client’s Direct Deposit Facility within Adviser Online

You can now create, edit, and delete your client’s Direct Deposit Facility within Adviser Online without completing and sending a form. Simply go to your client’s wrap account details page and select ‘Manage’ next to the Direct Deposit contribution method, to access these new options.

Quick access to your client’s Centrelink report

We’ve enhanced the Centrelink report to provide a new-look digital and print-friendly format that you can access from within Adviser Online. Simply select the ‘Centrelink’ option in your client’s pension account.

We’ve added IRESS to our suite of digital signature options

Following the acceptance of forms and documents executed using DocuSign, AdobeSign and CongaSign, we now accept the same forms or documents using IRESS Digital Signatures. As with other digital signature applications, you or your client need to arrange execution of the form or document and submit these through Request Centre or using their registered email.  The audit trail/certificate of completion must also be provided.

Collecting your client’s consent for some of the advice fees you charge

We’re building a digital tool* to help you manage new legislative requirements which are becoming effective 1 July 2021. These will require you to obtain client consent for the advice fees charged on your clients’ wrap accounts. 

If you have wrap clients, we’ll be in touch again soon to provide more information about the new digital tool and how you can use it.

Quick and secure verification for tasks you perform using the Macquarie Authenticator app

You may have heard of our Macquarie Authenticator app that is used to verify certain transactions in some of our banking products. You’ll soon be able to use this same app and technology to verify certain tasks you perform on Adviser Online.

What is the Macquarie Authenticator app?

It’s a digital verification tool that adds extra security to tasks performed online. This extra security comes from the task verification information being sent directly to your device (computer, tablet or mobile), without using your mobile number. We’ll provide more detail on how you can download the app and use this soon.

Avoid the wait and arrange a call back from one of our specialists

Soon you’ll be able to arrange a call back from a specialist during times when there may be longer than usual wait times. Our new Call Back Assist option will be available for you, your staff, and clients.

Update your client’s TFN quickly and easily via Adviser Online

We’re focused on digitising common administration tasks and updates you or your clients currently need to do via paper forms. From April, you’ll be able to submit your client’s TFN digitally via Adviser Online. 

Save time submitting your client’s Employee Super Contribution form with a pre-populated PDF

Soon you’ll be able to create a pre-populated PDF of your client’s and their accounts details into the existing Macquarie Wrap Employer superannuation contributions form. You can then have your client sign the form and send this onto their employer.
