Now more than ever, it’s important we continue to evolve with our environment. We’ve looked at how we deliver our services and have made enhancements to our platforms and products to ensure you receive a reliable and streamline experience, at all times.
You may have already noticed a few important changes we’ve made to our features and design. These include updates to areas such as:
- Client information: being provided to you from within Adviser Online
- ‘What’s New’ pop-up window: communicating any new enhancements made to Adviser Online to you, as soon as you open the platform
- Side Navigation: now shows first and second level navigation options
- Online messages: won’t be shared to you once you’ve read and closed them
- ESI details: are consolidated to make this information easier for you to view
We’ve heard your feedback and soon you’ll be able to easily elect to automatically redirect your clients’ income from their Wrap cash account to their nominated bank account.
Platform development and continuing enhancements
Over the last few weeks, we’ve recognised a significant increase in our platform usage. To manage this volume efficiently, we’ve focused on testing various areas and functionalities to ensure our platform continues to perform seamlessly.
To do this, we’re continually monitoring our systems with an established high care team. The testing also provides us with insights into which areas of our platform need improvement, allowing us to deliver further improvements across the next month to strengthen these areas.
Our platform and product insights
We’ve recently redesigned our public website (macquarie.com.au/advisers) to provide a better online experience for our clients and partners. On our new ‘Insights’ page, you’ll find information about our products and services, as well as tools and resources are available online to help you manage your business.
In the coming weeks, you may also notice changes to the look and feel of some other existing pages you frequently visit, such as the Adviser Tools page (used to download important forms, guides and offer documents).
