Welcome to the last Digital Download for 2020,. Whilst this year has been a year unlike any other, we are delighted that we have been able to respond to your feedback and deliver enhancements in key areas across the platform including:

  • improvements to our Reporting, with more to come in the new year - making it easier for you to engage with your clients
  • streamlined our operational functionality such as Request Centre status tracking, cash applications process and enhancing search capabilities - making it easier for you to work with us
  • launched Cash Accelerator, simplifying the application process for existing clients - making it easier for you to effectively manage your client’s cash
  • introduced ESG ratings to our Investment Menu – making it easier for you to make informed investment recommendations
  • added to our Engage product suite with the addition of a High Growth Portfolio – making it easier for you to meet more of your client’s needs.

What's new?

Access your Statements and Tax Reports in Adviser Online from one central location

You can now access your clients’ Wrap Account Statements and Tax Reports in Adviser Online without having to navigate back to Wrap Online. 

More improvements to how you can view Wrap account information in online reports and the Account Dashboard

Get quick access to see related parties, asset allocation and balance history from the Account Dashboard, as well as being able to view Super and Pension details.

We’ve also revamped the Wrap account details report, so you have easy access to account details, information about account features, quick links to forms and a new print experience.

For the past 40 years, our CMA has allowed you to focus on what’s really important – your clients.

An efficient cash hub sitting at the centre of your client’s wealth ecosystem, our award-winning CMA is connected to more than 70 platforms and has easy online applications, reports, and other innovative functions like adviser-initiated payments.

We’ve created new training videos to help you use our online portal and understanding different functions. New videos to watch are:

Update on Advice Fee Consent and our digital solution

The Government has recently announced that advice fee consent legislation will come into effect on 1 July 2021

Next year, we’ll be launching a new Digital Fee Form, leveraging our existing online application technology. This form will enable your clients to provide their consent to advice fees and services in an easy and intuitive way.

We’ll be in touch again next year to provide more information on how the Digital Fee Form will work.  


Adviser Online enhancements coming soon

On Adviser Online, soon you'll be able to:

  • view what stage an Adviser Initiated Payment (AIP) is at in its payment flow with our Manage Payments page update.
  • filter all payments by a dollar value range
  • improvements to Wrap Investment transactions page to include SMA transactions and categorisation of transactions by security.
