Helping you collect your client's consent for some of the advice fees you charge 

Our new Digital Fee Form is now available via Adviser Online. We’ve built this tool to help you manage one of the new legislative requirements, which requires you to obtain client consent for some of the advice fees you charge to your Wrap clients.

We’re waving goodbye to more paper forms – the digital TFN update solution via Adviser Online is here

You can now add or edit your client's TFN without needing to submit paper forms or call us to change these details. When you log in to Adviser Online, go to your client’s account details page and in their account summary, select ’Update’ next to their TFN to access the new ‘TFN details’ widget. 

Additional Super and Pension details are now available directly within Adviser Online 

As we migrate more data and functions from Wrap Online to Adviser Online, you’ll start to see additional information for your clients’ super and pension accounts visible within Adviser Online, so you don’t have to click back into the old portal.

In the last month we’ve added the following to your client’s Account Details page in Adviser Online:

  • gross payments for the current financial year
  • minimum pension requirements
  • a summarised view of pension payment details
  • a quick link so you can easily access the ‘amend pension details’ page in Wrap Online.

New Quick links menu in Adviser Online so you can spend less time accessing the key functions 

You may have seen this new option. We’ve taken a look at the user behaviour on the portal and collated the most common landing spots people go to and put them into a nice and neat Quick links menu to save you time. 

Don’t feel like waiting on hold? You can now avoid the wait and arrange a call back from one of our specialists 

Our new Call Back Assist option allows you to arrange a call back from a specialist when there may be longer than usual wait times. This is available for you, your staff, and your clients where a call back can be arranged to the number being called from, or to a different number if projected wait times are in excess of 5 minutes. If we’re unable to connect during our call back, we’ll leave a voicemail. 

Seamless and secure verification via the Macquarie Authenticator app is coming to you soon 

You may have heard of our Macquarie Authenticator app. You can learn more about it here.

Soon, you’ll also be able to benefit from the added security and great user experience the Macquarie Authenticator app provides.

Initially, you’ll be able to verify the following actions via Adviser Online and Macquarie Authenticator:

  • Log in help and verification
  • ESI credential generation

We’ll be adding more adviser-driven tasks that require two-factor verification to the Macquarie Authenticator app, so that this becomes your primary way to verify these actions.

Down the track, Macquarie Authenticator will also be used by your clients to provide their consent or verification for things like AIP, and other adviser-initiated actions where you need client verification. 

What's next?

  • More than 30 new articles will be available via Help Centre to help you transfer assets (in-specie) into Wrap accounts.
  • We’re creating a new page in Adviser Online called ‘Fee profile’ which will show:
    • details of your client’s fee arrangement
    • a breakdown of your initial advice fee so you’ll be able to see what your client’s pay and what you’ll receive
    • administration and advice fee rates information
    • values for advice fees with Inclusive GST, Exclusive GST, and Inclusive GST net RITC.
