In March, we released a new Wrap Investment Transactions report and new features on Request Centre.

What's new

Access to your client’s Wrap Investment transactions via Adviser Online

You’ll now have access to a new digital report to view and print your clients’ investment transactions without having to navigate away from Adviser Online. To view this report, go to your client's Wrap account and select the ‘Investment transactions’ tab.

New features for Request Centre to help you record and keep track of the requests you’ve submitted

We’ve made some improvements to the way you use Request Centre including:

  • Print Receipt Functionality: allowing you to print and download receipts of your requests so you can attach these to your financial planning software. You can print a request from the confirmation page immediately after it has been submitted. If the request has already been submitted, you can select and expand the row in the Request Centre table, to access the print option.
  • Progress Tracker: monitor your requests and see what stage your request is at by viewing the progress tracker at the top of your submitted requests.
  • ‘Create new request’ uplift: you’ll now be able to see additional details at various stages when submitting a request, including the request type, account details and the date and time the request was submitted.

New questions added to some of our online application forms

To align with ATO guidance, we’ve added additional questions for settlors of trust applications on our Cash Management Account, Wrap IDPS, Term Deposit and Macquarie Online Trading application forms. 


What's next?

New online options for managing your client’s Direct Deposit Facility

Very soon you’ll be able to create, edit and delete your client’s Direct Deposit Facility via Adviser Online, without completing and sending a form. We’ve heard feedback that this would save you and your clients’ time by being able to manage this online. When this is live, simply go to the account details page for your clients wrap account to access these new options.

Quick access to your client’s Centrelink report

We’re enhancing the Centrelink report to provide a digital and print-friendly format that will be accessed all within Adviser Online when selecting the ‘Centrelink’ option in your client’s pension account.
