Keeping you and your support staff up-to-date with Digital Download
Each month, we provide you with key information relating to new features or tech enhancements for our Wrap and Cash products.
We know it’s not just advisers who would benefit from receiving these updates, so from now we’re including support staff when we send Digital Download.
It’s a must-read to stay in the loop with digital changes and improvements, including new tools or applications via Adviser Online, plus an insight into what’s coming soon.
Save time submitting your client’s Employee Super Contribution form with a pre-populated PDF
You can now create a pre-populated PDF of your client’s and their accounts’ details into the existing Macquarie Wrap Employer superannuation contributions form. You can then have your client sign the form and send this onto their employer.
We’ve removed some fees on our CMA to ensure your clients continue to receive a seamless experience
Our clients can now request bank cheques, audit letters and investigations into their account transactions without being charged for these requests.

We won’t accept paper application forms for our CMA, Wrap, super, pension or IDPS products from 1 July 2021
As our enhanced online application form incorporates the new regulatory requirements, it enables your clients to digitally consent to the adviser service fees and agree to the product terms and conditions at the same time.
To help you manage any in-flight paper applications, we’ll continue to accept paper application forms that have been signed before 1 July 2021 and are received by 16 July 2021.
It’s important to note that you’ll still be able to use our ‘Print, Sign and Upload’ feature for applications.
What's next?
- From 3 July 2021, Cash Management Account (CMA) statements will be available to you and your clients
- Quickly update and easily submit your client’s TFN via Adviser Online
- Improving the add/edit client's TFN to reduce the need of paper forms and phone calls
- Open Accelerator accounts using the online short form if you’re a secondary adviser (with the required authority)
- Access your clients’ Super and Pension details via Adviser Online (without navigating to Wrap Online)
