We’re now accepting certain forms via Conga Sign and Adobe Sign, have added seven new training videos and are pleased to announce new enhancements being made to Adviser Online.
What's new?
We’re making it easier for you and your clients to sign and submit forms
Following the acceptance of forms and documents executed using DocuSign, we’re now accepting the same forms or documents using Conga Sign and Adobe Sign.
As with DocuSign, you or your client will need to arrange execution of the form or document and you can submit these through Request Centre or using their registered email. The audit trail/certificate of completion must also be provided.
An improved online experience for SuperOptions clients
As we work to provide a consistent online experience for all of our wrap and super clients, we’ve recently transferred all SuperOptions clients into Macquarie Wrap. These clients will now benefit from an improved online experience, and access to more portfolio reporting and digital tools than before.
Existing enquiry access has been added to your cash client’s Accelerator accounts
To ensure approved third parties can also see your client’s cash and data for linked Accelerator accounts, we’ve added those who had enquiry access on the CMA to Accelerator as well.
Common third parties include data software providers that you may use for reporting and data on your client’s cash accounts.
If you or your client want to remove any of the third parties from having enquiry access, please email us at adviser@macquarie.com with an instruction to remove the party/entity from the CMA and/or Accelerator account. Please provide the relevant account number/s in this instruction.
What's next?
We’re providing clients with more control over their cash payments with an increase to the daily ‘Pay Anyone’ transfer limit
Clients who have downloaded the Macquarie Authenticator app (Authenticator) will soon be able to transfer funds up to $100k per day using the online ‘Pay Anyone’ function via Macquarie Online or Macquarie Mobile Banking . We expect this to be available mid-November. You can keep an eye on updates to this new feature here.

- How can I create a Wrap group?
- How can I transact for my Wrap clients online?

- How do I move clients from existing Consolidator / Manager products to the new Macquarie Consolidator II and Manager II products?
- How do I apply for Accelerator if my client already has an IDPS?
- How can I amend my client’s pension payments? (Increase or decrease)

New Adviser Online enhancements
An easier way to locate and view your contact options
In the August digital download, we mentioned that the ‘contact us’ page was going to be revamped. If you haven’t already seen, you’ll now be presented tiled ‘cards’ that contain contact details for different areas of Macquarie Bank and for the products and solutions you use.
We’ve updated the look and feel for Product Updates and Investment Updates
We’ve redesigned the look and feel of Product Updates and Investment Updates in Adviser Online. As part of this update we also relocated the Investment Menu button which is now located in the top right hand corner of the homepage.
Adviser Online enhancements coming soon
More Adviser Online enhancements are on the way. Soon you’ll be able to:
- Access your Wrap account clients' statements and tax reports
- View a Wrap account details report where you can see all your Wrap accounts with your clients key account details
- Open a new Wrap, Cash Management Account, Term Deposit or Macquarie Online Trading account and be directed to the account opening process whilst on the portal
- Access pending applications for Cash Management Accounts, Term Deposits or Macquarie Online Trading Accounts.
