The ATO has updated its Division 7A calculator and decision tool for the 2019-20 financial year to reflect the benchmark interest rate of 5.37% for the year ending 30 June 2020. The ATO says the calculator and decision tool will help taxpayers determine the effect of Division 7A on payments, loans or debt forgiveness.
