Statements will be available shortly after the end of the statement periods outlined below:
  • Macquarie Transaction and Savings Accounts: End of December and June
  • Macquarie Term Deposit: January, July and on maturity
  • Macquarie Cash Management Account, Macquarie Cash Management Accelerator Account and Macquarie Consolidator Cash Account: Semi-annually, quarterly or monthly, depending on the chosen statement frequency preference.


To change your statement frequency for Macquarie Cash Management Account, Macquarie Cash Management Accelerator Account and Macquarie Consolidator Cash Account in Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. Hover over your account in the account list
  2. Select I want to
  3. Select View account statements & reports in the menu drop-down
  4. Click on Statement Preferences on the right-hand side
  5. Amend the delivery method and frequency on the popup menu
  6. Click on Update statement preference. The new setting will take effect from the next statement cycle.

Alternatively, you can:
  1. Select the account from the account list
  2. Select I want to in the banner near your account product name (or account nickname)
  3. Select View account statements & reports in the menu drop-down
  4. Click on Statement Preferences on the right-hand side
  5. Amend the delivery method and frequency on the popup menu
  6. Click on Update statement preference. The new setting will take effect from the next statement cycle.

For other accounts you can access statements free of charge in Macquarie Online Banking and the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.
