To request documents for your loan, you can:

  • register and log into your YourLease account, where you can instantly download a payout letter and payment history as well as request loan documents such as a Contract Summary Letter, Consumer Loan Statement, Residual Value/Balloon Letter and Payout Confirmation Letter – you can view a full list of documents here
  • Call us on 1300 368 908, 8am to 7pm (Sydney Time) Monday to Friday or email us at leasingcustomerservice@macquarie.com


Documents will be sent within 2-3 business days from your request. This may take longer if being sent by post. We don’t issue periodic statements for all loan types. However, you may request documents at any time free of charge.
