If your home loan account has a BSB that starts with 032, your new BSBs are shown in the table below.
We recommend you start using them now because from 1 July 2021, your old BSBs will no longer be active.
This means if you keep using your old BSBs after 1 July 2021, the transactions won’t be successfully processed. Some external providers may take time to update their systems with the new Macquarie BSBs – if you attempt to transfer online with your old BSB, it will reject and be recredited to your account within 1-2 business days. We recommend updating all payments and payees with the new BSBs as soon as possible and before 1 July 2021.

- Cash Cards – Cash Cards will no longer be available as a feature on your home loan. If you have a Cash Card linked to your account, this will stop working from 1 July 2021
- Cash Deposits – You’ll no longer be able to deposit cash into your account. This includes via any Australia Post outlet using your Deposit Card
- Cheque Deposits – You’ll no longer be able to deposit cheque/s into your account. This includes via any Australia Post outlet using your Deposit Card, Macquarie Bank branch or the mail
- Cheque Books – If you have a cheque book, cheques you write from it will not be honoured. Please don’t issue any further cheques to prevent any cheque dishonours and dispose of your cheque book securely.
