Contract notes are a copy of a trade confirmation for listed securities. You can download the contact notes for any previous trades on Adviser Online. 

Download Contract Notes

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. Select Transacting on the Adviser Online menu beneath the Macquarie icon and click Work in progress
  3. Click view contract notes
  4. Search for the account and date range. Note that the date range is set to the day’s date by default
  5. Click search to see any contract notes.

As an adviser you will be able to view and download contract notes through Adviser Online.
