How can my customer request a statement online?

For open accounts, your customer can download statements online. Share our Personal Help Centre article Viewing and downloading statements, which outlines the steps to do this via Macquarie Online Banking or the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.

For closed accounts, they’ll need to contact us via chat and request the statement to be emailed to them.  

How long are statements kept available for customers by Macquarie?

Statements are available for up to seven years prior and are generally available digitally on Macquarie Online Banking and the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.
