The split home loan feature allows your client to divide their total approved limit into two or more portions. This provides flexibility for your client, enabling them to tailor their home loan to suit their needs.

A common example of how the split home loan feature is used includes fixing a portion (i.e. 60% of the total limit) and leaving the other portion (i.e 40%) variable to link the offset facility to maximise the benefits of this offset feature.
