What you can see in Task Centre

 

Task Centre is the heart of Macquarie Business Online (MBO). In the above video and below is a summary of what you can see on each page within Task Centre.

  • In-progress – Shows you the progress of all payments and tasks which are yet to be completed.
  • Scheduled – Shows you all currently scheduled future dated or recurring payments.
  • History – Shows you an audit history of all activities performed online across your accounts  to the date your accounts were opened.
  • To Do – If you’re an authoriser in MBO, any outstanding payments or tasks will appear here. These are items that need your approval before they can be completed.

Tip: There’s a quick link to the To Do page on the right-hand side of the screen when you first log in to MBO.

Track the progress of your requests

Go to the “Status” column in any page in Task Centre to track the progress of any request. If you click on the payment or task, you can view more information as well as print a receipt (where applicable).

You’ll know a payment or task has been completed once it moves to “Scheduled” (for a future dated or recurring payment) or “History”. In some instances, you may also get a platform notification which you can view by clicking on the bell icon in the top right hand of the screen.
