You can set up notifications in Adviser Online for:
- Cash balance thresholds - a cash balance threshold alert will notify you when any of your clients’ account balances are greater than or less than a specified amount.
- Insufficient funds for upcoming payments - An insufficient funds for upcoming payments alert will notify you when any of your clients’ account balances are insufficient to pay a pending Adviser Initiated Payment (AIP) within a selected time frame.
Please note, you can only set up notifications across your clients’ Macquarie Cash Management Accounts (CMA). This includes standalone CMAs and Macquarie Wrap IDPS CMAs only.
Steps to follow:
- Log in to Adviser Online
- Click the bell icon to the right of the global search
- Select Settings
- Select which type of alert you would like to turn on.
- Set the parameters for your notifications and click Apply.
To turn off these notifications simply click the button again. Don’t forget to apply your changes.
