How often are statements issued for CMA and Accelerator accounts?

By default, Cash Management Accounts (CMA) and Cash Management Accelerator Account (Accelerator) clients will receive their statements in half-yearly cycles. Clients can change this if they want statements more frequently in Macquarie Online Banking. The options for statement deliveries are:

  • Half yearly: January-June, July-December
  • Quarterly: January-March, April-June, July-September, October-December
  • Monthly

Statements are typically available online the day after the last day in the statement cycle, including weekends and remain online for up to ten years.

Term Deposit account clients will receive their statement in half-yearly cycles.

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. Navigate to Clients
  3. Click into your client's account
  4. Select Statements and Reports
  5. Download statements.
