Managing applications in Adviser Online

To view a pending Cash application, you’ll need to:

1. Log in to Adviser Online
2. Hover over Applications in the menu under the Macquarie icon and click on Pending applications
3.  Locate the pending application using the keyword search field. You can search by application name, application ID, product or adviser code
4. Select the pending application to open.

To view a pending Wrap application, you’ll need to:

1. Log in to Adviser Online
2. Hover over Applications in the menu under the Macquarie icon and click on Wrap pending applications
3. Use the search filters to filter for your desired pending application
4. If you’re unable to see an application that hasn’t expired yet, do the following:
   • Click on View linked applications to view all applications which are within your dealer code or use the search to further filter the list
   • Click on the application to open the form
   • Proceed with the rest of the application.

To view a pending Macquarie Vision application, you’ll need to:

1. Log in to Adviser Online
2. Hover over Applications in the menu under the Macquarie icon and click on Vision pending applications
3. Use the search filters to filter for your desired pending application
4. If you’re unable to see an application that hasn’t expired yet, do the following:
5. Click on View linked applications to view all applications which are within your dealer code or use the search to further filter the list
6. Click on the application to open the form
7. Proceed with the rest of the application.
