How do I register my business for the Model Manager Portal?

To register a new business for the Model Manager Portal, the dealer will need to complete a Model Manager Registration form.

To complete the form and register a new Manager, please:

  1. Download and/or print the form
  2. A signatory from the Sub-Advisory agreement will need to sign Section 2. See Providing client signatures.
  3. Once complete, please email your signed form to wrapsolutions@macquarie.com.

What happens next?

We’ll process the form within three to five business days. We'll get in touch if we require any further documentation from you.

How do I register a new staff member for the Model Manager Portal?

To register a new staff member, they’ll need to complete a Model Manager Portal Staff Registration form.
 
To complete the form and register a new staff member you must:

  1. Download and/or print the form
  2. A signatory from the Sub-Advisory agreement will need to sign Section 3. See  Providing client signatures.
  3. Once complete, please email your signed form to wrapsolutions@macquarie.com.

Levels of access

There are three levels of access that can be provided:

  1. View only: staff members can only view information. This includes download functionality.
  2. Partial: staff members will be able to view information and submit, withdraw and re-assign model update cases. 
  3. Full: staff members will have full portal functionality.

As you’re granting a staff member access, it’s your responsibility to:

  • consider the eligibility of the individual and their specific access rights; and 
  • notify us immediately of any changes to support staff so access can be altered or removed as required.

Processing times for new registrations

We’ll process and email the newly registered business with their login code within three to five business days. We'll get in touch if we require any further documentation from you.

How do I amend or cancel staff members’ access for the Model Manager Portal?

To add, amend or remove access, users will need to submit a Model Manager Portal Staff Registration form updating their details or access levels.

Please note this needs to be signed by an authorised person who is listed in the Sub-Advisory Agreement.

How do I reset Model Manager login details?

You can retrieve your access code or reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot log in details?' on the login page and following the prompts. Otherwise, please contact your business development manager or relationship manager to assist.
