You can set up notifications in Adviser Online for:
- Cash balance thresholds - We'll notify you when any of your clients’ account balances are greater than or less than a specified amount.
- Insufficient funds for upcoming payments - We'll notify you when any of your clients’ account balances are insufficient to pay a pending Adviser Initiated Payment (AIP) within 5 business days.
Please note, you can only set up notifications across your clients’ Macquarie Cash Management Accounts (CMA). This includes standalone CMAs and Macquarie Wrap IDPS CMAs only.
