Setting up ApplyOnline

ApplyOnline is the application submission portal, which allows you to submit applications to Macquarie and other lenders. In the application submission process, ApplyOnline typically connects to your aggregator’s customer relationship management (CRM) and then into our systems once the application is submitted.  

Within ApplyOnline, you can access key digital tools to support your application submissions, including:

• digital ID verification with NextGenID
• access to comprehensive credit reports (Equifax One) with Access Seeker
• liability verification tools with Access Seeker, and
• dynamic supporting document checklist.

To have access to all the digital tools we offer in ApplyOnline, you’ll need to submit applications via your aggregator’s CRM rather than logging directly into ApplyOnline.

The ApplyOnline mobile app provides one view to all your applications across all lenders. With the ApplyOnline mobile app you can:

• track all milestones and events in a single feed
• access a consolidated view of your portfolio
• receive comprehensive updates at each stage of the loan process
• search for a specific application in your pipeline
• manage push notifications for real time status updates and events.
