  • Customers can set up multiple home loan accounts to take advantage of both fixed and variable rates. This can be done:
    • by you, when submitting the application, or
    • by your customer, any time once we’ve opened their home loan.
  • Our Offset Home Loan offers the ability to open multiple offset accounts per loan:
    • Up to 10 offset accounts per loan account if you have an individual or joint borrower home loan, and
    • Up to 4 offset accounts for company or trust borrowers (must be opened at application stage)
  • Construction loans, including owner occupied home construction finance
  • We offer a full suite of banking products including award-winning transaction and savings accounts

Does Macquarie have a mobile banking app?

The Macquarie Mobile Banking app is our cutting-edge digital app that makes managing money simple and convenient for your customers.

The Macquarie Mobile Banking app is available for Apple iOS and Android devices and is free to download from the app store – just search for Macquarie Mobile Banking on either the Apple Store or Google Play. 

Once your customer has downloaded the app, they can follow the on-screen prompts to link their account details: 

  1. Enter their Macquarie ID and password
  2. Select and confirm a four-digit PIN for logging into the app
  3. Choose to use biometrics for face or fingerprint login to the app (optional).

Your customer will need to log in and set their password on Macquarie Online Banking before using the app.

 What is Macquarie Authenticator?

We’re committed to keeping you, your customers and your business safe. Macquarie Authenticator is a multi-factor authentication mobile app to help your customers keep their accounts even more secure, and it’s our recommended verification method. The Macquarie Authenticator app:

  • sends push notifications to your customer’s mobile or tablet to approve or deny log in activity and online transactions made from their account 
  • provides codes that are available 24/7 without the reliance of a cellular or data network, overcoming internet or SMS issues when your customer is travelling overseas.

Also, Macquarie Authenticator is required for you and your support staff to access Broker Portal, providing additional security for your business and your customers’ information.

What is Macquarie Marketplace?

With Macquarie Marketplace, your customer can purchase eGift cards at up to 10% off at a wide range of leading Australian retailers. Your customers can purchase eGift cards within their Macquarie Online Banking or Macquarie Mobile Banking app using their offset, transaction or savings account and these will be available for use instantly.

If your customer has a credit card that earns Macquarie Rewards, they can also redeem their points for eGift cards within Macquarie Marketplace.
