How do I register and access valuations in PropertyHub?

PropertyHub is used to order valuations for use in the assessment of your customer's application. When you become an accredited broker, you'll be provided with a link to register for PropertyHub, which will give you access to order valuations with Macquarie.

To register to use PropertyHub:

  1. Log in to PropertyHub via the Macquarie Broker Portal in the Useful Quick Links section on the home page
  2. Log in using your email address that you used when you accredited with us
  3. Search address and select Order
  4. When prompted to select the lender, scroll to the Macquarie Bank tile
  5. Once located select Register
  6. We'll approve your registration and following our approval, you'll be ready to order upfront valuations in PropertyHub.

How do I order an upfront valuation in PropertyHub?

To order an upfront valuation, simply:

  1. Log in to PropertyHub
  2. Search and locate the property address
  3. Order the valuation
  4. Select Macquarie Bank as lender
  5. Follow the prompts for some basic information about the property and your lending scenario
  6. PropertyHub will determine the appropriate valuation type and order the assessment or report for you.

Why am I unable to select ‘Macquarie’ to order the valuation in PropertyHub?

Ensure you’ve registered with Macquarie as a lender in PropertyHub. Log into Broker Portal and follow the steps above to set Macquarie as a lender.

If you’ve already completed the registration with Macquarie, you’ll be able to select us as a lender.

What are my obligations when using PropertyHub?

Our valuations service on PropertyHub is designed to be used only for applications that you place with Macquarie, and we expect this service to be used with accurate data and in good faith. This includes:

  • using an accurate ‘estimated market value’ and ‘loan amount’, and 
  • only completing the ‘Do any of these apply?’ section where appropriate for purchase valuation requests. 

Macquarie regularly monitors the use of PropertyHub. Inappropriate use of our valuation ordering service, including unnecessary escalation or ordering a higher valuation type (e.g. full valuation), will result in longer processing times and may result in your access being suspended.
