Download and log in to ApplyOnline 

ApplyOnline allows you to track and manage all your loan applications in one place. With the ApplyOnline mobile app you can:  

• track all milestones and events in a single feed  
• access a consolidated view of your portfolio  
• receive comprehensive updates at each stage of the loan process  
• search for a specific application in your pipeline  
• manage push notifications for real time status updates and events.  

This guide will instruct you how to locate and download the ApplyOnline mobile app.  

The ApplyOnline mobile app can be found in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Below are instructions on how to download the app and register.  

There are two options:  

1. pre-registered broker group  
2. non-registered broker group. 

1. Search for “ApplyOnline” in Google Play or the Apple App Store 
   • Apple: Select Get in the App Store to download 
   • Android: Select Install in the Google Play Store to download 
2. Enter your phone number to verify your account  
3. You will receive a PhoneCode verification code. Enter the verification code and select Verify
   • If you've been registered with your Broker Group, you're now ready to log in.
   •  Select Log in and enter your ApplyOnline desktop credentials.  

1. If you haven't been registered with a broker group you'll need to log into the ApplyOnline desktop version and link the app to your online profile. 
   • Log into ApplyOnline on your desktop
   • Select the User Account drop-down menu  
   • Select Your Settings.   

*If you don't have access to Your Settings in ApplyOnline desktop, please contact your broker group for instructions. 

2. Select Link my ApplyOnline Identity and then enter your mobile number
3. You're all set! You'll now be able to see your pipeline in the ApplyOnline mobile app.
