See list of mobile devices

For your security, we register all your mobile devices that have installed the Macquarie Mobile Banking app or Macquarie Authenticator.

Log in to see a list of all mobile devices that are accessing your accounts.

In Macquarie Business Online:

  1. Select your name in the top menu bar  
  2. Select Security
  3. Scroll down to view Connected devices.

In the Macquarie Mobile Banking app:

  1. Select the menu icon in the icon bar from the bottom-right corner
  2. Tap View Profile
  3. Select Security
  4. Select Connected devices.

When to deactivate a device

If you don’t recognise a device that’s accessing your accounts, you can deactivate that device. 

You may want to deactivate a device when you upgrade your mobile device or if your device has been stolen or lost.

How to deactivate a device

You can deactivate any mobile devices that have the Macquarie apps installed by following these steps. 

Deactivate via Macquarie Business Online

  1. Log in to Macquarie Business Online
  2. Select the profile icon in the right-hand corner of the top bar menu
  3. Select Security
  4. Find Connected devices and select Manage on the device of your choice
  5. Deactivate your Macquarie Authenticator app by selecting Deactivate app or Deactivate all
  6. We’ll send your registered device an actionable push notification to verify the deactivation
  7. Complete your Macquarie Authentication.

Deactivate via Macquarie Mobile Banking app

  1. Select the menu icon in the icon bar from the bottom-right corner
  2. Tap View Profile
  3. Select Security
  4. Select Connected devices
  5. Select Manage on the device of your choice
  6. Deactivate the app you want to disconnect from the selected device 
  7. Complete the two-step authentication
  8. If you have multiple Macquarie apps installed on the device, you can choose to deactivate them individually or select Deactivate all.

Deactivate via Macquarie Authenticator

  1. Open the Macquarie Authenticator app
  2. Select the menu icon
  3. Select the icon adjacent to your Macquarie ID
  4. Select the option Deregister Macquarie ID.

Note: Next time you want to access the app from that device, you’ll need to re-enter your Macquarie ID and password.

How can I authenticate when I’ve lost my device, or I have a new one?

If you have a new device and your old device is still available to you, please follow the steps above to deactivate the old device using Macquarie Authenticator. Once your old device is deactivated, you’ll easily be able to register Macquarie Authenticator on your new device by following the procedure outlined in Set up Macquarie Authenticator.
