How do I download bank statements?

You can download bank statements in Macquarie Business Online:

  1. Log in to Macquarie Business Online
  2. On the menu navigate to Accounts, then select Statements
  3. Select the Recurring Statements tab
  4. Scroll down the list to find the facility you require and expand by clicking the down arrow on the right
  5. Select the bank statement period you need to download by clicking the download icon.

Your bank statement will be automatically saved to your downloads folder.

You'll be able to download any bank statement that we've generated for you within the last six months. If you require a bank statement older than this time, you'll need to generate the statement yourself.

  5. Select the accounts for your statement, where you can:
    • use the search bar to find accounts by entering keywords (e.g. account name, account number, facility name or facility number)
    • filter by account type
    • choose individual accounts by ticking their checkboxes or select all accounts at once by using the checkbox at the top of the account list.
  6. Click Generate PDF.

Downloading a generated statement

You have two options for downloading your statement:

  1. Download immediately: Your statement will be automatically saved to your downloads folder once generated, even if you navigate to another page on Macquarie Business Online.
  2. Download later: When you enter the Generate a bank statement page, you'll see the Statement Archive tab. This contains statements you generated within the last 7 days. After 7 days, the files will automatically expire. You'll also have the option to delete a file before it expires.
