How do I set my preferred name?

We’ll use your preferred name to address you online and when you call us.

To set or change your preferred name in Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. Select the profile icon in the top banner
  2. Select the Pencil icon alongside Preferred name in the My details section
  3. Enter your preferred name
  4. Select Save.

How do I add a profile picture?

Your picture will display in Macquarie Online Banking and the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.

To add a picture in Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. Select the profile icon in the top banner
  2. Select Change my photo
  3. You can either drag a photo into the pop up or upload an image saved on your computer by choosing Upload a picture
  4. Resize the uploaded image
  5. Select Set profile image.

To add a picture in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app:

  1. Select the profile icon on the dashboard
  2. Select profile icon in My profile section
  3. Select Choose existing or Take photo
  4. Resize the uploaded image
  5. Select Save.
