If you have an Offset Home Loan account with a BSB starting with 182

The package fee is payable every 6 months from the date your loan is settled. The fee is automatically direct debited from the account you nominated fees to be taken from. If your loan repayment and fees are direct debited from the same bank account, then the package fee will be added to your monthly loan repayment in the month it’s due.

To access the package fee amount that applies to you, you can refer to your loan offer. You can see the account you have nominated to have fees collected from in Macquarie Online Banking. When it’s collected, your package fee will show in your online banking transaction list and your next home loan statement.

If you have an Offset Home Loan account with a BSB starting with 183

The account management fee is charged to your loan account every 6 months on the last business day of March and September. If you make principal and interest repayments on your home loan, the fee amount is included in your repayments. If you make interest only repayments on your home loan, you will need to set up an ad-hoc direct debit or make a manual additional repayment into your loan to pay your fee.

To find the account management fee that applies to you, refer to the letter you received notifying you of changes to your fees. When it’s charged, your account management fee will display in your online banking transaction list and your next home loan statement.
