You can request to close a CMA in Adviser Online provided:
- you’re the primary servicing adviser. Alternatively, any support staff with access to the primary adviser code may also complete the closure.
- the closing balance of the CMA is $0, and the linked Accelerator account is closed (if applicable).
To submit a closure request:
- Log in to Adviser Online
- From the global search bar, select Accounts from the drop-down menu
- Search for your client’s CMA account number or name
- Select your client’s CMA account
- Select Account Details
- Select Close Account
- Enter BSB & Account details for any accrued interest to be transferred to
- Review the closure details and follow the prompts to submit the request.
Note, client authorisation is not required.
