Managing your profile in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app

Once you’ve downloaded the Macquarie Mobile Banking app, go to the bottom of the screen (under the the black and white buttons) and you’ll find the existing customer log in. Click Log in and follow the steps below:

1. Enter your Macquarie ID and password
2. Select and confirm a PIN for logging into the app
3. Choose to use Touch ID/Face ID (iOS) or biometrics (Android) for fingerprint or facial recognition login to the app (optional)
4. Verify it’s you
5. Personalise your profile by adding a name and a photo (see below
6. View your accounts.

Once you’ve registered one Macquarie ID, it’s easy to add another Macquarie ID profile.

1. Log in to the app using your PIN, Touch ID/Face ID (iOS) or biometric login (Android)
2. Tap on the profile drop down icon in the top left
3. Tap the + Add profile button
4. Enter your Macquarie ID and password
5. Verify it’s you
6. Personalise your profile by adding a name and a photo (see below)
7. View your accounts.

1. Select the profile icon on the dashboard
2. Switch to the profile you want to remove
3. Select Menu at the bottom of the screen
4. Select View profile
5. Select Edit
6. Select Remove profile at the bottom of the screen.
