How do I download the Macquarie Mobile Banking app?

The Macquarie Mobile Banking app is free to download from the app store:
 


Once you’ve downloaded the app, go to the bottom of the screen (under the black and white buttons) and you’ll find the existing customer log in. Simply click Log in and follow the on-screen prompts (below) to get started.

 

  1. Enter your Macquarie ID and password
  2. Select and confirm a four-digit PIN for logging into the app
  3. Choose to use Touch ID/Face ID (iOS) or biometrics (Android) for fingerprint or facial recognition login to the app (optional).

Note: First-time users must log in to Macquarie Business Online (MBO) via a web browser and set a password using the Macquarie Authenticator app on their device before accessing the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.

How do I update the Macquarie Mobile Banking app?

We regularly make enhancements to the Macquarie Mobile Banking app. From time to time this means the latest updates to the app must be installed.

How do I set up Touch ID/Face ID (iOS) or biometrics (Android)?

You can choose to use Touch ID, Face ID or biometrics to log in to the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.

On iOS:

  1. Log in to the app using your normal app PIN
  2. Select the three-lined menu icon at the bottom right of the screen
  3. Select Settings
  4. Switch Use Touch ID to log in or Use Face ID to log in to the ‘on’ position.

On Android:

  1. Log in to the app using your normal app PIN
  2. Select the three-lined menu at the bottom right of the screen
  3. Select Settings
  4. Switch Use biometrics to log in  to the 'on' position.

How do I log out of the Macquarie Mobile Banking app?

Logging out of the Macquarie Mobile Banking app at the end of your session will help keep your account(s) secure.

To log out:

 

  1. Go to Menu in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
  2. Select Log out.

Note: You’ll also be logged out of your session after a period of inactivity.

What if my mobile device isn’t compatible with the Macquarie Mobile Banking app?

You can continue to access your accounts and transact via MBO from your desktop computer or laptop via a browser like Safari or Chrome.
