How can I change my card PIN?

A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a 4-digit security access code that enables you to use your physical card to make purchases and withdrawals at stores and at ATMs.

If you've forgotten your card PIN or want a new one, you can change it in Macquarie Online Banking or the Macquarie Mobile Banking app.

To change your card PIN in Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. Select over your account in the account list
  2. Select I want to
  3. Select Manage Card 
  4. Select Update PIN
  5. Enter your new 4-digit PIN
  6. Confirm your new 4-digit PIN
  7. Select Save PIN
  8. Verify your request using Macquarie Authenticator on your device, or the SMS safe code sent to your mobile.

What should I do if my card PIN has been compromised?

If you think your PIN has been stolen or compromised, please change your PIN immediately. If you suspect someone may have access to your card or PIN, call us as sson as you can on 02 8550 5666 (+61 2 8550 5666), 24/7 or contact us via chat.
