You can order a replacement debit or credit card in Macquarie Online Banking or the Macquarie Mobile Banking app by following the instructions below:
- Select your card account from the account list
- Select I want to
- Select Manage card
- Select Replace card
- Select the reason why you require a replacement card
- If your card is lost or stolen, enter a date
- Confirm the address for the replacement card to be sent to
- Select Request card.
You can expect to receive your replacement card within 5 to 10 business days from the date of your request.

Your new card will automatically be added to Apply or Google Pay if your old card was already there.
