A primary cardholder can apply for an additional cardholder on their account. An additional cardholder is any person that the primary cardholder authorises to make transactions on their account. The additional cardholder will be issued with their own card, and all transactions will be charged to the primary cardholder’s account.
To apply for an additional cardholder:
Complete the 'Additional Cardholder' section of the application form; or
Complete an Additional Cardholder Request Form
Macquarie Black and Macquarie Platinum primary cardholders can apply to add up to four free additional cardholders.
