You can get a refund on a credit card that you’ve made a purchase with.
If your Macquarie credit card has been replaced (e.g. due to it being lost, stolen, or expired) a refund can still be processed by a merchant to the old card used to make the purchase. This refund may take a little longer to be processed, however it will appear against your replacement card automatically and you won't be required to take any further action. The refund will appear as a credit on your transaction list in your mobile banking app, online, and on your statement.
